Death on the Nile sailed on Disney+ after its long-delayed theatrical release in February.

The second adaptation of Kenneth Branagh’s Agatha Christie sees him reprise the role of Hercule Poirot for another murder mystery. This time, the brilliant Belgian detective sees his Egyptian vacation interrupted when a young groom is found murdered.

With the only suspects aboard the same steamer Poirot is traveling in, can he solve the mystery before the killer strikes again? As always, things are never as simple as they seem…

If it rings in your street, Death on the Nile is now available to watch on Disney+ for all subscribers at no additional cost.

Despite the fact that Death on the Nile only grossed $134 million at the worldwide box office, it was reported last month that a third film was in the works.

“We have a third screenplay written by Michael Green, which is quite a bold change in genre and tone. It’s post-war Venice and an adaptation of one of the lesser-known novels,” said the president of 20th Century Studios, Steve Asbell.
