DIRECTORS AND ACCOUNTING AGENT OF THE FUND
JPMorgan, One Beacon Street, 19th Floor, Boston, MA 02108, acts as administrator of the Fund in accordance with an administration agreement dated June 16, 2006, as amended from time to time. the The Administrator provides the Fund with all general administrative services required, including, without limitation, office space, equipment and personnel; general administrative and back-office services; bookkeeping and internal accounting; determining NAVs; and the preparation and filing of all financial reports, and all other documents, with the exception of registration statements and power of attorney statements, which must be filed or provided by the Funds under federal and state securities laws.
The Administrator pays all costs and expenses directly related to the services provided by the Administrator of the Fund; the Fund reimburses the Administrative Agent for all costs and expenses incurred by the administrator who are not directly related to the services that the administrator provides to the Fund under the service contract. The Fund may also reimburse the Administrator for reimbursable expenses such as incurred by the Director in the performance of his duties.
Citi Fund Services Ohio, Inc. (“Citi”), located at 4400 Easton Commons, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43219, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Citibank NA, provides regulatory administration services to the Trust (collectively, “Regulatory Administrative Services”). For its services, Citi charges a fixed fee distributed among the Fund.

CUSTODIAN AND RECEIVING AGENT OF INDEX
JPMorgan also acts as the depositary and receiving agent of the Fund’s indices. JPMorgan is located at 4 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, NY 11245.
The Custodian is responsible for protecting the cash and securities of the Fund, for receiving and the delivery of securities, the collection of interest and dividends from the Fund and the performance of certain administrative tasks, the whole according to the directives of the authorized persons. The Custodian is also responsible for the appointment and supervision of sub-custodian banks and provide reports on these sub-custodian banks and clearing houses.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) is an independent, registered public accounting firm provides audit services, tax return preparation and support, and audit-related services in connection with certain filings with the SEC. PwC’s address is 100 East Pratt Street, Suite 1900, Baltimore, MD 21202.

SERVICES OF THE SENIOR FINANCIAL DIRECTOR / TREASURER
The Trust has entered into an agreement with Foreside Management Services, LLC (“Foreside”), under which Foreside provides the Trust with the services of a natural person to act as agent for the Trust Senior Finance Officer and Treasurer. Neither Foreside nor the Treasurer have a role in determining the investment policies of the Trust or the Funds, or what securities are to be bought or sold by the Trust or the Funds.
